Job Summary
Ensure tenants are aware of and follow rules regulations and laws governing Indian Housing schedule and conduct annual inspections including a semi-annual home visit with tenants schedule and conduct move-in and move out inspections maintain proper records of all activity including client concerns and work-orders requested by clients.
Requirements
A Valid Oregon Drivers License is required and must submit and pass a criminal background check with Federal Tribal and State Law Enforcement.
