Job Summary

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult Social Worker to join its clients Locality Team based in Wakefield.

What will your responsibilities be

Carry out strengthsbased assessmentsunder the Care Act including risk assessments mental capacity considerations and developing personcentred support plans.
Manage a varied caseloadinvolving safeguarding enquiries complex casework crisis intervention and coordinating multiagency input to ensure safe and appropriate outcomes.
Support adults to maintain independence by arranging care packages reviewing existing support advocating on their behalf and ensuring all interventions meet statutory requirements and local policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have;

Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK driving licence
Post-qualified experience
Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
