Our client is undertaking a 5750m² mixed-use development comprising a 3-storey building with rentable office space and warehousing together with an additional 9000m² industrial warehouse and office facility.
The project is strategically located in the Winelands District area serving the broader Stellenbosch and Winelands industrial and commercial corridor. This development demands strong technical coordination programme control and hands-on site leadership.

Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as aSite Manager / Site Agent / Senior Site Agent -Preference will be given to applications who have a formal building degree or diploma
- Strong background in residential or mixed-use developments
- Ability to run a site independently and lead teams effectively
- Sound understanding of construction sequencing and site logistics
- Western Cape experience highly advantageous
