As a Founders Associate you will serve as a commercial force multiplier owning pipeline development partnership execution and market intelligence. You will build and scale the commercial engine from scratch moving beyond mere execution to strategic creation. This role is designed for a high-agency builder ready to drive revenue in the remittance and payments ecosystem.

What you will do:

• Identify and initiate outreach to qualified prospects owning the full-cycle commercial process from cold outreach to signed agreements.

• Develop and document repeatable commercial playbooks for outreach partnership negotiation and partner onboarding to build institutional knowledge.

• Create market intelligence infrastructure and high-stakes investor materials representing the company externally to partners investors and industry communities.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven track record in sales or business development with a deep understanding of unit economics and partnership modeling.

• Exceptional high-agency mindset with a history of building independent projects and thriving in high-momentum ambiguous environments.

• Analytical thinker with a builder mentality who can synthesize research into actionable insights and create systems that scale.
