Introduction

The Intern will support the Asia Pacific Real Estate team in market research data analysis transaction support and documentation management. This role is ideal for students who are eager to gain handson exposure to corporate real estate financial analysis and crossfunctional collaboration within a dynamic fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting market research on real estate trends across the Asia Pacific region including gathering data preparing summaries and supporting basic financial analysis.
  • Support the review of transactional proposals by helping compile information organise documents and assist in preliminary feasibility checks.
  • Help prepare presentation materials decision support documents and internal memos for senior management.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Workplace Facilities Legal Finance EHS and business groups) by coordinating meetings taking notes and helping track action items related to real estate activities.
  • Monitor and update internal trackers on market trends regulatory changes and economic indicators relevant to the real estate portfolio.
  • Participate in property site visits data collection and coordination activities as part of the transaction process.
  • Assist in preparing real estate reports strategy decks and business planning materials.
  • Maintain organised and accurate documentation files and data related to real estate projects and transactions.
  • Provide general administrative and analytical support to the real estate team contributing to knowledge sharing and team collaboration.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in real estate business finance or related fields with some foundational knowledge gained through coursework or projects.
  • Basic understanding of real estate concepts market trends or regulations in the Asia Pacific region (coursework or selflearning acceptable).
  • Familiarity with financial modelling or valuation concepts is a plus; willingness to learn and develop these skills is essential.
  • Good analytical and problemsolving abilities with an eagerness to learn how to assess risks and support investment or transaction analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarise information clearly.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and engage with different stakeholders.
  • A proactive flexible and positive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and adapt in a dynamic fastpaced environmentaligned with our culture of agility and a get it done mindset
