Job Summary

Minimum Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Customer Experience Specialist Customer Care Consultant within the E-commerce Online Retail Consumer Health or FMCG Industry
Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Customer Service Communications Marketing Business Administration will be beneficial
Proficient in CRM systems Email Support Platforms Online Order Management Systems
Strong knowledge of handling Customer Complaints Online Feedback Management Order Resolution and Post-Purchase Support
Valid Drivers License and own Transport required
Contactable references and recent payslips required

Salary Structure:

Basic Salary negotiable based on experience
