Job Summary
Introduction
CUSTOMER SERVICES CLERK (LOGISTICS ROAD FREIGHT TRANSPORT)
GEORGE WESTERN CAPE PROVINCE
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Salary on offer: R10 000.00 per month CTC NO BENEFITS
- AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY ADVANTAGEOUS
- Matric
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Customer Service / Logistics role ESSENTIAL
- Experienced in managing all aspects of shipping routes and deliveryspecifically with regards to customer satisfaction & shipment delivery
- STRONG ADMINISTRATION SKILLS ESSENTIAL
- Excellent customer service experience(ESSENTIAL)
- Experiencein Logistics / Road Freight / Transport environments(ADVANTAGEOUS)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and track multiple processes simultaneously
- Experience onWinFreight (ADVANTAGEOUS Training will be provided)
- Must have previous experience on any otherFreight System (ESSENTIAL)
- Proficient on all MS Office packages with MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans(written & verbal)
- Strong candidate with strong organization & logistics co-ordination abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Drivers Licence (no endorsements) & own arranged transport
- SAPS CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE WILL BE REQUIRED ESSENTIAL
- Working Hours:Monday to Friday: 7 am to 5 pm (willing to work overtime in peak)
