Job Description:
As the Head of Growth you will lead the strategic talent acquisition and retention strategy across the UK US and South Africa. You will act as a high-level advisor to the executive team designing scalable hiring processes enhancing employer branding and ensuring top-tier candidate experiences to drive international business expansion.

• Manage external search partners and internal stakeholders to maintain excellence in executive and senior-level hiring delivery.

The ideal candidate:

• 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR leadership across multiple global geographies.

• Proven expertise in workforce planning headcount forecasting and managing high-level external recruitment partnerships.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives through data-driven talent insights.
