As the Head of Growth you will lead the strategic talent acquisition and retention strategy across the UK US and South Africa. You will act as a high-level advisor to the executive team designing scalable hiring processes enhancing employer branding and ensuring top-tier candidate experiences to drive international business expansion.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives through data-driven talent insights.
