Job Summary
Description
- Assisting the Naval C2 IPT Lead in multiple areas of program management
- Coordinating and assisting in the writing of weekly WAR submissions
- Assisting in meeting management
- Building brief outlines
- Assisting with organization chart management
- Organizing and leading data call efforts
- Assisting in tracking action items
- Working with PMs and functional leads weekly to complete reoccurring reporting requirements

Requirements
- Bachelors degree and/or combination of education and five years of direct project management/administrative experience
- Secret clearance
- Exceptional MS Word Excel PowerPoint and SharePoint experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience assisting multiple programs and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with risk management
- Exceptional task management skills
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with MARC2 and TACC2 systems
- Familiarity with NIWC Atlantics organizational structure

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL WITH TOP SECRET ELIGIBILITY
