What Youll Do:

As a Systems Test Engineer on our Telecom team you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and performance of next-generation air traffic control systems. Youll be responsible for:

• Developing and executing test plans across hardware software and integrated systems

• Validating and documenting system performance to ensure safety and compliance

• Working with cutting-edge networking technologies including routing and switching (BGP OSPF) TDM to MPLS migration SDN network security (firewalls VPNs IDS/IPS) and cloud networking (AWS Azure GCP)

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams in aviation engineering data science and systems integration

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship Required
• Clearance: Must be able to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Telecommunications Computer Science Electrical Engineering or IT (or additional 4 years of experience).

• Experience: 5 years in IT systems telecom engineering or network administration.

• Networking Expertise: Strong grasp of TCP/IP OSI model and routing protocols (BGP OSPF MPLS).

• Telecom & Networking Tech: Hands-on experience with VoIP SIP trunking fiber optics satellite communications 4G/LTE 5G routers switches firewalls PBX and optical networking equipment.

• Next-Gen Skills: Cloud networking (AWS Azure GCP) network automation (Python Ansible) and AI-driven analytics for proactive troubleshooting.
