Job Summary:

TheDigital Demand Intake & DeliveryProgram Managermanages a teamresponsible for leadingenterprise scaledemand intake governance anddeliverytransparency across Cat Digital and enterprise partners. This role drives process efficiencyon timedelivery and partner satisfaction by owning demand intake frameworks delivery readiness KPI support andcross functionalgovernance. The Program Manager ensures that strategic initiatives are scoped prioritized and delivered with consistency visibility and measurable outcomes.

What You Will Do:

Demand Intake & Process Optimization

• Lead and continuously improve the demand intake process to maximize efficiency transparency and investment value.

• Support Cat Digital leadership and teams in the adoption and effective use of product and program management toolsets.

• Ensure alignment of intake processes with enterprise cost and KPI expectations.

Delivery Readiness & Transparency (CSM / DRB)

• Drive effective and transparent demand intake through the DRB (Demand Review Board) process.

• Ensure scoping and solutioning activities meet or exceed 80%on timedelivery targets.

• Provide clear delivery status risks and dependencies to Cat Digital and enterprise partners.

Governance &Cross FunctionalLeadership

• Lead and support governance models acrossCustomer Success Management Dealer Dependency and enterprise initiatives.

• Partner with industry and enterprise stakeholders to accelerate delivery through structured governance and dependency management.

• Enable consistent handoffs and alignment across leadership scorecards and suite rollovers.

What You Will Have:

Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Organizational Leadership: Knowledge of leadership concepts and ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting embracing and achieving objectives.
Program Management (M0260): Knowledge of the policies and techniques to manage a set of related projects within a program; ability to plan organize monitor and control the set of projects ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve program objectives.
IT Project Management: Knowledge of project management; ability to plan organize monitor and control IT projects using appropriate technical resources.
IT Standards Procedures & Policies: Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) standards and policies; ability to utilize a variety of administrative skill sets and technical knowledge to manage organizational IT policies standards and procedures.
Problem Management: Knowledge of the processes involved in problem control error control and the production of management information or computer hardware; ability to identify the root cause of problems in a timely and accurate manner and bring them to a successful resolution.

• Proven experience as a Program Manager leading complexcross functionaldigital or enterprise initiatives.

• Strongexpertisein demand intake governance and delivery management frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across business digital and enterprise partners.

• Experience drivingKPI basedoutcomeson timedelivery andexecutive leveltransparency.

• Strong communication organization and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead coach and develop teams while driving delivery and results.

• Experience supporting largescale digital transformation or enterprise portfolio management.

• Familiarity with product management demand intake and governance tools ( DevOpsAha!orsimilar platforms).

• Experience working withdealercustomer orindustry facingprograms.
