Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Create maintain and adjust daily and weekly production schedules Coordinate with production sales and management teams to ensure accurate scheduling and ontime delivery
- Track job progress and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or delays Communicate schedule changes clearly to production staff and leadership
- Prioritize work orders based on deadlines capacity and customer needs Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Support continuous improvement in workflow and scheduling processes
- Previous experience in production scheduling manufacturing or shop operations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- $18 per hour
