About the team

Our team has been the driving force for innovation in the area of document automation within the PwC Network. The team operates a document automation platform that is being used in over 50 countries will soon provide the services to the whole PwC Network globally and expand to external markets. Our team provides a broad range of services such as solution design software implementation software development and integrations application management and maintenance robotic process automation or data analytics. Job description & Summary

For a growing Document Automation team based in the Czech Republic we are looking for an ambitious longtermoriented Junior Consultant in Document Automation. This role is for someone who doesnt want to do routine tasks but wants to see the bigger picture take ownership and grow into a person others rely on.

After initial training your role will go beyond preparing document templates. You will gradually take responsibility for your own client assignments follow them through from initial requirements to successful use by the client and actively help us improve our solutions and ways of working. You will work with a nocode application cooperate with colleagues from other teams and bring in your own ideas for improvements and innovation.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn takes initiative and wants to steadily increase their responsibility over time a person who sees this role as a longerterm opportunity to grow and develop.

Requirement of the role

• Interest in IT and process automation (no specific programming language knowledge required)

• Proactive selfdriven approach with sense of ownership for assigned tasks

• Attention to detail combined with a focus on practical outcomes

• Logical and analytical thinking ability to structure information and solve problems

• Good organizational skills and ability to handle several tasks or smaller assignments in parallel

• Customeroriented mindset and willingness to communicate directly with clients

• Openness to new ideas interest in improving existing solutions and processes

• Ability to work independently while actively cooperating with the team and other departments

• Motivation to develop your skills and grow with the role over the long term

• University degree in Economics / Business

• Czech/Slovak and English at fluent level
