Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Security & Safety Supervisor who will report directly to the Director of Engineering providing operational and administrative support in the areas of Security Safety and Procedures.
The candidate will work cross-functionally with hotel departments with a strong collaboration with the Engineering Department focusing on procedure compliance reporting data entry access control and on-site inspections.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of reports;
- Data entry and management of safety and security data and documentation;
- Verification of compliance with operational and safety procedures;
- Hotel inspections to ensure that environments equipment and materials are compliant;
- Support for risk prevention activities;
- Management and control of access keys (issuance tracking recording and verification of proper use);
Requirements
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry or previous experience in hotel settings;
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations;
- Precision analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Good computer skills and experience with data entry;
- Proficiency in the English language;
