what youll do
Partner with leaders to translate business challenges into clear practical people solutions.
Act as a trusted HR partner for managers and teams someone they turn to for real support not just processes.
Design launch and drive employee engagement initiatives from early ideas to execution and measurable impact.
Support teams through growth and change helping people adapt and stay connected.
Help managers navigate team challenges improve collaboration and increase effectiveness.
Contribute to workforce planning helping leaders plan team growth and capacity in line with business priorities.
Participate in people-related budgeting including headcount and cost planning.
Support salary planning processes helping leaders make fair transparent and business-aligned compensation decisions.
Provide clear actionable feedback and coaching to managers and employees to support performance and development.
Work closely with the HR team and cross-functional partners to create a consistent and positive employee experience.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in similar role within technology start ups or scale ups understanding its challenges and evolution
Someone who is passionate about employee engagement and brings fresh creative ideas to the table and able to communicate in a clear relatable and human way.
Confident working with managers and leaders including in complex or sensitive situations.
Practical proactive and able to turn ideas into actions
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
