Are you an engaged and curious student (m/f/d) whos passionate about helping employees navigate an evolving workplace shaped by Artificial Intelligence (AI) Join the AI and Data Solutions Team at Continental Tires and support the development and implementation of our AI Upskilling initiatives. Youll work closely with the People and Culture Development Team while being part of the IT giving you handson exposure to AI governance enablement and responsible AI adoption. 

We are looking for a talented and motivated working student (m/f/d) to support our activities as soon as possible for 20 hours per week. You will gain hands-on experience in a real business environment working onsite in Hanover for a minimum of 9-12 months and have the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic and innovative team.

What Youll Be Working On 

As a working student youll be involved in a wide range of AI related learning topics and actively support both global and local initiatives: 

• Support the development of the AI upskilling concept. 
• Create and refine learning materials and resources .
• Help design and prepare learning formats that the team will further shape. 
• Assist in coordinating the AI learning offers including organizing sessions gathering feedback and supporting communication with stakeholders. 
• Contribute to internal communication efforts that promote AI literacy and responsible AI usage across the organization. 

Qualifications :

• You are a student (m/f/d) enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Business Education Communication Data Science Information Systems or a comparable field. 
• You have a strong interest in AI topics digital literacy learning & development and the future of work. 
• You are comfortable conducting research and turning complex topics into clear accessible content. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with modern collaboration tools and Microsoft Copilot is a plus. 
• You work independently are organized and eager to learn 
• Fluent in English. German language skills are beneficial. 
• Enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders and contributing to a positive learning culture.
