Working Student, Supply Chain

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Working Student (m/f/d) to join our growing Operations this role you will gain valuable practical experience by supporting our day-to-day supply chain activities across procurement logistics and fulfillment. You will assist in coordinating cross-functional workflows tracking key performance indicators and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

This position is ideal for a student who is eager to apply theoretical knowledge in a dynamic environment enjoys taking ownership of tasks and wants to learn how supply chains operate in practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning controlling and optimizing supply chain processes (procurement logistics scheduling order management)
• Coordinate cross-functional communication between purchasing production logistics and sales
• Contribute to the improvement and development of internal supply chain processes and tools
• Prepare and analyze reports and KPIs (e.g. delivery performance inventory levels)
• Actively support daily operations and cross-functional projects
• Help manage escalations and supply disruptions with a solution-oriented approach

Qualifications and Skills

• Currently enrolled in a business-related degree program (e.g. Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or similar)
• Ideally first practical experience through internships or part-time roles in supply chain logistics procurement or customer service
• Strong hands-on mentality willing to support operational tasks as needed
• High level of flexibility motivation and reliability
• Confident use of Google Workspace (G Suite)
• Experience with ERP systems ideally NetSuite
• Excel skills and quick understanding of digital tools
• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is required
• Team player with a structured and proactive working style and strong communication skills
• EU Citizenship required
