You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Guiding and supporting Hiring Managers in the field of talent acquisition handling the full recruitment cycle for IT roles
- Applying strategic IT recruitment techniques from sourcing to candidate assessment ensuring alignment with specific technical requirements
- Analyzing the IT job market staying updated with the latest tech talent trends sourcing strategies and innovative recruitment methods tailored for the IT industry
- Drivingextra talent acquisition projects besides recruitment
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in IT talent acquisition within a large-scale environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and networking skills
- Tech-savvy with a passion for data and recruitment metrics
- Strong sense of ownership and people-oriented mindset with willingness to create the best candidate and hiring manager experience
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian languages
