Job Summary

We are looking for a colleague to join the Ignitis Renewables Business Support team where you will design analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes to improve efficiency. We invite to drive transformation from concept to measurable results.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Establishing and maintaining a process governance framework including end-to-end ownership roles standards and best practices
  • Serving as a BPM subject matter expert advising leadership on process maturity and transformation roadmaps
  • Modeling and governing current and future-state processes (BPMN 2.0) across the organization
  • Facilitating stakeholder collaboration through workshops training and cross-functional coordination
  • Overseeing external consultants ensuring knowledge transfer and alignment with organizational standards
  • Aligning business processes with IT systems and enterprise architecture to enable scalable solutions
  • Leading complex change initiatives managing risks dependencies and compliance requirements
  • Supporting strategic programs such as operational excellence lean and digital transformation.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Information Systems Engineering Economics or a related field preferably with a focus on Process Management or BPM
  • At least 3 years of working experience in designing and governing end-to-end business processes across multiple functions
  • Strong knowledge of BPM concepts methodologies and best practices
  • Advanced hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0 and process modeling tools
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and drive change initiatives strong analytical thinking
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in matrix and multi-stakeholder environments
  • Fluency in English language (written and spoken).
