ContiTech is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Operations Team Leader Americas for our HR Service Governance & Systems team.
This role will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of HR Services Specialists in Manila and Mexico
- Ensuring governance for HR Services processes in the Americas region
- Managing quality issues / service requests coming from the locations related to outsourced processes
- Supporting service related transformations
- Supporting locations in their outsourcing activities
- Leading preparation for BPO in non-BPO scope countries
Qualifications :
- University degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience Service Center background and leadership experience preferred
- Experience with HR management of HR systems and data analysis tools
- Demonstrated expertise in HR Services and project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
