Job Summary

Position Title: Lead Generation Specialist
Work Set-up WFH/Hybrid/Office-based
Salary Package: Php 30000..00 gross

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for driving business growth by identifying engaging and qualifying potential clients through proactive outbound outreach. This role plays a critical part in building a consistent and predictable sales pipeline by generating high-quality leads and booking qualified appointments for the Sales Team.

This is not a passive marketing support role. This position requires initiative resilience structured outreach execution and strong communication skills. The Lead Generation Specialist serves as the first impression of the company and must represent the business with professionalism and confidence.

Qualifications as a Lead Generation Specialist:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred but not required.
  • Experience in a B2B sales environment preferred.
  • Experience working in KPI-driven or performance-based roles.
  • Proven experience booking meetings or generating qualified leads.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in lead generation sales development or outbound sales.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot Salesforce Zoho or similar).
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales funnels and pipeline management.
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets and tracking dashboards.

Your Responsibilities as a Lead Generation Specialist:

A. Prospecting & Research

  • Identify and research potential clients aligned with the companys target market
  • Build structured lead lists using LinkedIn online directories and prospecting tools
  • Understand ideal customer profiles and key decision-maker roles
  • Segment and prioritize prospects strategically

B. Outbound Outreach

  • Conduct cold calls email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach
  • Deliver clear compelling and professional messaging
  • Follow structured call scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
  • Handle objections confidently and professionally
  • Maintain consistent daily outreach activity levels

C. Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting

  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
  • Conduct structured discovery conversations
  • Identify decision-makers needs budgets and timelines
  • Book qualified meetings for the Sales Team
  • Ensure proper handover of complete prospect information

D. CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM
  • Log all outreach activities and communication notes
  • Track lead status and pipeline progression
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy and cleanliness (98% accuracy target)

E. Performance Tracking & Improvement

  • Monitor daily and weekly outreach KPIs
  • Track conversion rates from contact to appointment
  • Optimize messaging based on engagement results
  • Continuously refine outreach strategies to improve performance
