Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all Service & Parts Department
- Maximize profitability and efficiencyby implementing best practices inservice and parts operations.
- Drive success ensuring we become a leader in the market.
- Recruit train and developdepartment managers and staff to create a high-performance team.
- Enhance the customer experience ensuring exceptional CSI scores and long-term customer loyalty.
- Manage department budgets expense controls and revenue targetsto optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with dealership management and Volvo to stay ahead of industry trends.
What Were Looking For:
Proven success in Fixed Operations leadership (Volvo experience is a plus).
A track record ofgrowing service and parts departments in a competitive market.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Ability to manage service and parts operationswith a focus on efficiency and profitability.
