Job Summary

JOIN OUR TEAM
As Junior Business Development Manager Stores you will support and drive various business development initiatives within our newly formed and rapidly growing Stores business unit. This unique role offers a steep learning curve in a startup-like setting where you take responsibility from day one. You will work closely with a highly talented dynamic diverse team. This position is unlimited and based in Munich.
WHAT YOULL DO
  • Solve diverse business development topics (e.g. strategic planning marketing HR operations & logistics tech data analysis)
  • Own and drive small to medium-sized projects from concept to rollout coordinating with stakeholders across and beyond the organisation to find pragmatic solutions
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to enable fact-based decisions including leveraging AI tools where relevant
  • Selectively support other Store team members with project-based tasks (e.g. store openings training sessions)
  • Work closely with our Store Team Store Overhead Team and colleagues across all other business functions
YOU COME WITH
  • Completed degree in business or a related field
  • 2 years of professional experience in consulting or business development
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a make-it-work attitude
  • Team-oriented and collaborative approach to work and a passion for improvements
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English both spoken and written
