- This role directly supports the operational stability and compliance posture of the organisation. As outlined in the job profile the Team Lead:
- Manages coordinates and monitors all incoming data amendments and delete requests ensuring accuracy and timeous processing across multiple data pipelines.
- Ensures compliance with strict SLA requirements including 18-day dispute resolution validated data corrections and judgement updates.
- Oversees legally sensitive processes such as judgement rescissions paid up judgments Identity/Passport Number merges Name changes CIPC updates debt counselling case management and credit provider disputes.
- Maintains crucial internal controls reporting audit ready documentation and quality standards.
- Leads and develops the Data Amendments and Deletes team providing direction resource planning coaching and performance management.
Qualifications :
- 3 years data processing experience in financial services.
- 3 years customer service experience and 1 year people management experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in data amendments dispute resolution judgement management and bureau related processes.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office.
- Basic SQL capability is desirable but not essential.
- A leader capable of providing direction stability planning coaching and performance oversight.
