Job Summary

We are strengthening our team with a Web Designer specialized in UX and UI to collaborate on a shortterm project. We are looking for an experienced and autonomous professional with a strong ability to transform functional requirements into intuitive accessible and consistent digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop UX and UI designs based on the requirements defined by the Product Owner.
Create components and interfaces for different websites.
Produce design prototypes (UX and UI) using Figma and Adobe XD.
Collaborate in an Agile team contributing to several projects simultaneously.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Web Design / UX/UI Design roles.
Solid experience in Usability UX Design and UI Design.
Previous experience working on multiple projects in parallel (valued).
Knowledge in creating and maintaining Design Systems and components.
Strong skills in digital accessibility (AA and AAA levels).
Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud Adobe XD Adobe Illustrator Photoshop and Figma.
Mandatory portfolio showcasing relevant UX/UI work.
High level of autonomy and responsibility.
Strong attention to detail and a usercentric mindset.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Adaptability to work in an Agile environment.

Informação adicional :

Work model: Hybrid (up to 3 times per week at the office).
Location: Picoas Lisbon.
