Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Web Analyst with strong strategic thinking and handson technical expertise to manage and evolve our digital analytics ecosystem. This role owns the endtoend digital measurement framework with a strong focus on the Google Marketing Platform and related technologies.

The ideal candidate brings a balanced mix of marketing and technical skills ensuring GDPRcompliant data collection enforcing best practices and translating business needs into actionable insights. Acting as a bridge between business product and engineering teams this professional will play a key role in driving datainformed decisionmaking across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain tracking codes tags and events using Google Tag Manager.
  • Configure and optimize Google Analytics 4 properties for both web and mobile applications.
  • Assess and minimize the impact of tags on website performance and loading speed.
  • Collaborate with marketing product and development teams to gather tracking requirements.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand business goals and measurement needs.
  • Build dashboards and customized reports in GA4 and Looker Studio.
  • Conduct analytics audits to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Present insights and recommendations in a clear businessfriendly manner.
  • Define tagging strategies and measurement frameworks to ensure accurate tracking.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes methodologies and analytical approaches.
  • Manage and govern the use of Google tools such as GA4 GTM Google Ads Search Console Firebase BigQuery and others.

Qualifications :

  • More than 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong ability to configure and optimize analytics tools.
  • Proven experience with Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience working with agencies vendors affiliates and external partners.
  • Solid understanding of GDPR and its implications for data collection.
  • Knowledge of how tags impact website performance (Page Load).
  • Experience collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English (reading writing speaking).

Valued experience:

  • Other analytics platforms (Adobe Piwik Matomo).
  • Advertising platforms (Google Ads Meta Ads TikTok LinkedIn).
  • CMPs such as OneTrust or Cookiebot.
  • Looker Studio reporting.
  • Core Web Vitals analysis.
  • Web languages: HTML CSS JavaScript.
