We are looking for a Creative Designer that specializes in Email & Ads who would like to join us at Marley role goes beyond crafting beautiful visuals you will transform brand and performance insights understand audiences campaign goals and channel dynamics to create digital assets aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
You will own creative development across email marketing and paid social working closely with channel managers and brand teams to continuously learn iterate and improve results.
Manage end-to-end creative content development and execution across email marketing marketing campaigns and paid social from concept to final production ensuring every asset is visually strong on-brand and aligned with campaign strategy and business goals
Translate campaign objectives into compelling creative concepts using audience insights and emotional hooks to create ideas that resonate capture attention and drive measurable engagement
Design creative systems winning concept templates and localized assets to be produced across formats social media platforms for key markets
Collaborate closely with Brand team Email and Social Media teams as well as markets where the brand operates using data and channel insights to iterate campaigns identify opportunities and continuously improve creative effectiveness through testing
Deliver content and creative flows for marketing calendars ensuring alignment between team members
6 years of experience in creative content design roles for social media and email marketing. Strong skill set in digital content campaign designs (CRM/email paid social web design and landing pages). Strong skills in content design with the ability to work with brand systems and brand guidelines
Hands-on expertise in Figma Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools (mandatory) Deep experience in CRM and Paid Social understanding formats specs and how creative drives performance in these channels
Strong conceptual thinking combined with the ability to execute ideas in full and respecting deadlines Performance-driven and data-aware comfortable with testing iteration cycles and using insights to improve creative outcomes
Excellent collaboration and communication skills able to work with channel managers markets brand team
Motion / lightweight animation (After Effects etc.)
Thoughtful use of AI tools (e.g. Midjourney) where it speeds up exploration
