Sales Leader - Benelux

The product is trusted the install base is deep and brand recognition is strong. The region represents one of Ultimos most commercially significant markets accounting for a substantial proportion of overall company revenue and long-standing customer relationships. 

And that is precisely why this role exists. This opportunity is about unlocking the next level of performance level in a region that has historically been successful.  Were hiring a Sales Director for Benelux to lead that evolution. 

This is not a caretaker role. Its a mandate to modernise how enterprise selling is done in one of Ultimos most important markets.

What youll own 

  • Overall sales strategy and performance across Benelux 
  • Leadership and development of Sales Managers and senior sellers 
  • Enterprise expansion and executive-level customer engagement 
  • Raising deal quality standards and commercial maturity
