Job Summary
Create 3D MEP models Revit families and drawings based on Pointcloud Design drawing
Update and revise BIM 3D models and design drawings throughout the project life cycle.
Detect and solve MEP clashes make QA&QC reports.
Ensure integrity and quality of BIM models and drawings.
Follow internal modelling standards and guidelines for work planning.
Coordination of modelling deliverables and modifications with overseas colleagues.
Qualifications :
Degree in MEP engineering or equivalent;
3-5 years of experience in a similar role;
Proven experience working with BIM softwares and supporting tools (Dynamo Dirit API)
Solid knowledge of Revit Recap Expertise in the planning of electric systems and measurement and control technology
Proven experience in collaborative BIM platforms & common data environments e.g. Autodesk construction cloud (ACC) BIM collaborate pro - - - - - -
Have knowledge of ISO 19650 standard Omni classification Cobie Classification IFC exportation standard would be preferred.
Must have exceptional attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills
Fluent in English
