Job Summary
- Create 3D MEP models Revit families and drawings based on Pointcloud Design drawing ...
- Update and revise BIM 3D models and design drawings throughout the project life cycle.
- Detect and solve MEP clashes make QA&QC reports.
- Ensure integrity and quality of BIM models and drawings.
- Follow internal modelling standards and guidelines for work planning.
- Coordination of modelling deliverables and modifications with overseas colleagues
Qualifications :
- Degree in MEP engineering or equivalent; 3-5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Proven experience working with BIM softwares and supporting tools (Dynamo Dirit API)
- Solid knowledge of Revit Recap
- Proven experience in collaborative BIM platforms & common data environments e.g. Autodesk construction cloud (ACC) BIM collaborate pro
- Have knowledge of ISO 19650 standard Omni classification Cobie Classification IFC exportation standard would be preferred.
- Able to communicate well in English
- Must have exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
