Job Summary
Program & Project Management
- Own full delivery of programs and projects including scope schedule budget quality and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain project plans manage budgets and forecasts and oversee risk mitigation.
- Lead change management governance processes and stakeholder communication.
- Track performance prepare reports support decisionmaking and ensure adherence to company standards and regulations.
- Coordinate internal and external deliverables and represent the organization professionally.
Aircraft Modification & Technical Oversight
- Perform aircraft surveys and recommend modification or refurbishment solutions.
- Review engineering drawings STCs task cards and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage parts requirements manpower planning vendor coordination and project data tracking.
- Prepare technical requests and ensure conformity with regulatory and companyapproved procedures.
Qualifications :
- 10 years in program/project management within complex multi-disciplinary environments.
- Degree in Engineering Aerospace Business Project Management or equivalent experience.
- 5 years in MRO aircraft modification or large-component manufacturing.
- Strong financial skills in budgeting and forecasting.
- PMP certification strongly preferred.
