The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for the execution of timely and accurate processing of customer order entry and claims for the complete line of Forte Opening Solutions - CAN wood door and frames products.
Main Responsibilities:
Analyze requests for orders received from customers and process them considering manufacturing quotes specifications and limitations.
Ensure rapid processing to meet demand while performing quality control of processing and service.
Acquire a very good knowledge of the technical characteristics of our products to provide technical assistance to customers on them and their special applications.
Be a reference for our distributors and ensure an always impeccable customer experience.
QualificationsEducation:
High School Education required Associates Degree or higher preferred
Experience:
- You have technical training and/or have acquired relevant experience.
- You are autonomous meticulous logical and blessed with analytical skills.
- You have communication skills and like challenges.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed records.
- You are proficient in Office suite software.
- Knowledge of wood door construction and/or hardware is an asset.
- Available to work extended hours during the work week as needed and be flexible to schedule changes.
Working Conditions
- Full time 40 hours a week.
- This position is onsite.
- The annual salary range for this position is:$40000 - $48000.
- This position is an existing vacancy.
- Group insurance plan including dental with 70% employer contribution.
- Retirement plan with generous employer contribution.
