Job Summary
Were looking for a Director of Sales to champion growth across two standout Hunter Valley properties Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat.
This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on relationship building driving sales across MICE Corporate Leisure Health & Wellbeing Golf and F&B. Youll be shaping the commercial success of two unique destinations while working in one of Australias most sought-after regions.
Your Impact
- Lead and implement annual sales strategies alongside the Cluster GM
- Manage key accounts and market segments end-to-end
- Mentor and develop a dynamic sales and conference team
- Build strong industry connections that drive repeat and long-term business
- Represent both properties within the tourism and hospitality sector
- Analyse sales data and market trends to inform growth strategies
- Partner with Commercial Sales to maximise visibility and revenue
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a Director of Sales or similar senior role within hospitality
- Expertise in managing complex sales segments across multiple properties
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of revenue and distribution strategies
- Passion for customer experience and team development
