Job Summary
Help guests relax recharge and feel their our world-class spa environment you can focus on your craft while providing an exceptional experience every time.
Duties
- Be prompt for each appointment and complete services within designated time frames.
- Provide consistent professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and certification standards.
- Inform and educate guests on wellness concerns and service options.
- Properly care for equipment and use appropriate amounts of products to support cost control.
- Maintain complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered.
- Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards as required by law and spa policies.
- Prepare rooms clean and restock as needed between appointments.
- Communicate to management any staff or guest issues requiring attention.
- Actively promote spa services treatments retail products and available programs or promotions.
- Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to all guest requests.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a high-quality work environment.
- Participate in and support ongoing training and staff meetings.
- Assist in all areas of spa operations as requested by management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :
- High school diploma or general education degree GED.
- The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Follow instructions without close supervision.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Required to pass a background screen drug test and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
- Must meet all licensing requirements to practice Massage Therapy in the state of Tennessee.
