Nursery Manager (Level 3) Up to 35000 Permanent

This Nursery Manager role is based in a small family-run nursery. As Nursery Manager you will work closely with the team in the rooms oversees nursery operations and takes responsibility for maintaining strong EYFS delivery while supporting the nurserys continued growth.

The setting operates with a focus on quality of care consistency and integrity. Relationships between staff children and families are central to how the nursery runs and the manager plays a key role in setting that tone through their own practice and approach.

This role requires a Level 3 Early Years qualification and strong EYFS knowledge.
Candidates must be confident combining management responsibilities with room-based work.

What Youll Need

Level 3 Early Years qualification
Strong practical understanding of the EYFS
Experience in nursery operations and team leadership
Confidence working hands-on while holding overall responsibility for the setting

Previous Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager experience

What Youll Do

Oversee daily nursery operations staffing and routines
Lead EYFS practice and ensure consistent quality across the setting
Work directly in the rooms to support ratios and model best practice
Develop guide and support the staff team
Maintain safeguarding health and safety and regulatory compliance
Build and maintain strong relationships with children families and colleagues
