THEROLE
This is afull-time position with a mix of daytime evening and weekend shifts. As avital support to the General Manager you will take ownership of the dailyoperation confidently managing the floor and ensuring service runs smoothly atall times.
You willlead and motivate all departments with pace andattention to detail inspiring them through seasonal menu changes and teachingwith generosity to build skills and confidence.
You willhave a support team working with you including our Bar Manager RestaurantManager and Head Chef.
ABOUT YOU
You lovehospitality from the joy of sharing great food and drink to creating memorableexperiences for guests. You are a hands-on and proactive who can confidentlyguide a team through demanding high-volume shifts raising the bar inhospitality. customer service and setting the standard on the floor.
Calm underpressure organised and solutions-focused you thrive in a fast-pacedenvironment where every detail matters. You understand what makes serviceexceptional and know how to bring together front and back of house to ensurethe restaurant runs seamlessly.
Withprevious experience as an Assistant General Manager or in a similar role youare hungry to step up to the next level.
