Were Hiring an Environmental Services Supervisor:

• 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday occasional evening/ weekends
• Day shift typically 9a-5p

What Youll Do:

• Organize schedule direct and supervise the Environmental Services Team Members: Housekeeping Laundry and Maintenance
• Serve and mentor others to serve residents with patience and dignity
• Coordinate and assist with routine maintenance upkeep and repairs on all dwellings grounds systems equipment and facilities
• Conduct regular inspections of property and equipment for compliance with safety regulations
• Manage inventory supplies and equipment for maintenance housekeeping and laundry departments
• Maintain the cleanliness organization and safe layout of facility maintenance barn utility rooms and storage areas.
• Exercise grace and love interacting with fellow staff residents their families and visitors

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of recent experience in a supervisor role showing strong leadership abilities and willingness to lead by example
• Schooling and/or official training in advanced maintenance duties preferred
• Familiarity with MIOSHA and other safety requirements and practices
• Preferred 3 years of experience in maintenance for residential and/ or commercial environments
• Knowledge of record keeping cost estimating supplies and equipment used to manage a residential and/ or commercial environment such as boilers compressors generators and various mechanical electrical HVAC and plumbing systems
• Ability to train coach and motivate direct reports
• Willingness to learn and use online staff scheduling program
• Take pride in producing high quality handiwork
