The Mission: Level II Leadership
As a Level II Supervisor you arent just watching the clock; youre setting the pace. Youll oversee a large-scale operation ensuring that our crews are safe our routes are optimized and our customers are thrilled.
Your Field Manual:
Command the Fleet: Youll lead a massive team of drivers and front-line staff acting as a mentor strategist and ultimate problem-solver.
Operational Excellence: Youll dive deep into the datatracking KPIs managing budgets and finding those hidden efficiencies that save time and fuel.
Safety Vanguard: At GFL safety is our soul. Youll be responsible for implementing high-level safety protocols and ensuring every team member makes it home safe every single night.
Community Connector: You represent the GFL brand in the wild. Youll handle customer relations and municipal partnerships with professional flair.
