You will take full ownership of the pre-construction phase for high-end residential projects across London. By ensuring pricing accuracy technical coordination and buildability you will bridge the gap between initial drawings and site delivery. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who values quality and realistic planning over volume and speed.

What you will do:

• Prepare detailed project pricing trade packages and customer-facing scopes including all inclusions and assumptions.

• Conduct technical reviews of architectural and structural information to identify clashes and buildability risks before work begins.

• Manage the transition from tender to site providing clear and complete information handovers to the project delivery teams.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience in pre-construction estimating or quantity surveying within the residential construction sector.

• Strong technical proficiency in reviewing drawings and using tools like Bluebeam or SketchUp to clarify buildability details.

• A meticulous and proactive communicator who identifies information gaps early and refuses to rely on assumptions.
