Job Summary

This role offers the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.

NeuLife Rehabilitation of Michigan provides rehabilitation and residential services for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Spinal Cord Injuries and Neurological Disorders.

Summary: The Board Certified Behavior Analyst provides oversight of behavioral therapies across the company and works alongside the management team to develop new programs and expand current programs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments on persons served residing within the program.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive behavioral approaches and behavioral plans for persons served.
  • Provide training to the management team direct care staff etc. as needed on the implementation and documentation of behavioral plans.
  • Provide behavioral services representation at person-served team meetings.
  • Monitors behavior plan goals and submits progress reports on behavior therapy to the billing department.
  • Attend appointments as needed and communicate with the person served team.
  • Provides after-hours on-call services if needed for persons served having behavioral issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Behavioral Analysis or related field
  • Board Certification as BCBA in the State of Michigan (or willing to obtain Michigan License upon hire)
  • Two to five years experience in working with developmentally disabled or catastrophically injured individuals including traumatic brain injury
  • Attention to detail and have the ability to prioritize independently
  • The ability to multi-task and in a busy office environment
  • Proficient customer service skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
