Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our diverse client base. This is a full-time position based in our Shepparton Office and is suited to someone who is a proven Senior Accountant looking to grow their portfolio of clients and their career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

As a Senior Accountant you will manage your own portfolio of clients and provide quality accounting and taxation services.

Key responsibilities

Preparation of financial statements and reports
Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic advice to clients
Prepare and file tax returns
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Oversee workflow management

About you

Tertiary qualification in accounting or related field
Ideally CA/CPA qualified
5 years experience in public practice
Proven experience with managing client portfolio
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills and confidentially
