Overview
The Fleet Management Client Strategy Manager (CSM) position is an outside sales position that is responsible for expanding the Enterprise Fleet Management business within an assigned territory.
This is a sales position responsible for managing developing and penetrating our existing customer base. Fleet Management is the fastest growing division within Enterprise Mobility. We are a Business-to-Business sales division responsible for providing outsourced fleet management services to the small to medium sized business community. This includes developing and executing an effective Fleet Plan assisting clients in accomplishing their company objectives and providing an outstanding client experience to our business partners within Oregon/SW Washington. This position is located out of the Group Admin Office in Tualatin OR .

Responsibilities
- Proactively manage the Fleet in their existing client base from acquisition through deletion
- Work alongside internal departments to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction
- Develop long-term relationships with decision makers through regularly scheduled meetings ongoing marketing and act as the primary strategic point of contact at EFM
- Partner with clients and implement financial based fleet recommendations
- Develop strategies to uncover any potential opportunities to sell additional products and services
- Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to effectively onboard new clients and to drive referral opportunities within the client base
- Review available reports and analyze data in order to make proper fleet recommendations
- Responsible for strategic and proactive fleet management duties based on the business objectives and needs of the clients
- Conduct various meetings with existing clients which include; Fleet Analysis Meeting Annual Client Review and relationship-building and maintain client data in various systems including; Salesforce EDGE Fleet Planning Toolkit

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of two years prior successful professional sales experience(ie. B2B commissioned sales)
- Must have a valid drivers license with no more than two moving violations within the last 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record (ie. DUI/DWI) on driving record in the past5 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
