Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the implementation of new financial systems and processes for clients
- Working closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure successful delivery of solutions
- Leading a team of professionals to execute implementation projects effectively and efficiently
- Providing training and support to clients on new systems and processes
- Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to clients and senior management
- Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise during implementation
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in implementing financial systems or processes
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in working with clients in the financial services industry
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $120000 - $145000 per year
