YOUR DAY TO DAY- Guarantee the processing of the flow of requests (telephone e-mails etc.) received from internal or external customers and partners in compliance with standards and procedures in terms of quality control security of operations and confidentiality
- Guarantee the quality of the customer relationship and improve it (customer reception and satisfaction) by alerting on dissatisfaction
- Guaranteeing compliance with professional secrecy particularly about data confidentiality
- Participate in the dissemination of good practices and the sharing of knowledge
- Guarantee the reporting of malfunctions anomalies and incidents
- Be proactive by proposing areas for process and organizational improvement
- Contribute to the updating of procedures and operating procedures
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR- Proven experience in application support
- Putting into practice customer relationship techniques rigor and resilience
- Use of management and decision-making tools
- Good command of computer tools
- Fluency in French
