We are looking for a highly motivated Functional Application Support Consultant to join our ALMT (Asset Liability Management & Treasury) team. This role ensures the stability reliability and continuous improvement of a booking application used by Front Office (FO) and Middle Office (MO) teams across the EMEA region.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a solid understanding of financial products and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Application & Production Support
- Manage and resolve technical and functional incidents related to the booking application and its ecosystem.
- Act as the primary point of contact between end users (FO/MO) and IT teams (production development business analysts).
- Monitor platform performance and ensure production stability.
- Contribute to release management activities.
Continuous Improvement
- Proactively suggest ways to automate or eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
- Update support documentation and develop user guides to enhance knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with project and IT teams to improve system functionality and overall user experience.
Qualifications :
- SQL
- Unix
- ITIL methodologies
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
- Understanding of financial markets specifically debt and cashflow instruments
- English: Expert level (written and spoken)
Soft Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Analytical mindset
- Effective problemsolving skills
