Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Functional Application Support Consultant to join our ALMT (Asset Liability Management & Treasury) team. This role ensures the stability reliability and continuous improvement of a booking application used by Front Office (FO) and Middle Office (MO) teams across the EMEA region.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a solid understanding of financial products and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Application & Production Support

Manage and resolve technical and functional incidents related to the booking application and its ecosystem.
Act as the primary point of contact between end users (FO/MO) and IT teams (production development business analysts).
Monitor platform performance and ensure production stability.
Contribute to release management activities.

Continuous Improvement

Proactively suggest ways to automate or eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
Update support documentation and develop user guides to enhance knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with project and IT teams to improve system functionality and overall user experience.

Qualifications :

SQL
Unix
ITIL methodologies
Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
Understanding of financial markets specifically debt and cashflow instruments
English: Expert level (written and spoken)
