What youll accomplish with us

As an Assistant Vice President Sales youll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

Assist in planning and implementing growth strategies for new business
Plan and manage relationships with key field organizations
Lead fieldrelated quality assurance measures and compliance procedures
Serve as a liaison with home office leaders on marketing and sales matters
Plan and implement field communications marketing initiatives and sales projects (product development training curricula etc.)
Maintain strong relationships with field management and agents
Coordinate with other departments regarding sales administration and marketing needs
Provide support to field management and deliver business solutions as needed
Conduct all business ethically and in compliance with company policies regulations and the Compliance Program
