Office Administrator Granger IN
This opening at our clients high-end office/showroom setting is designed as a full-time position with hours that work within your daily schedule between 7:30am and 5:00pm. The starting pay rate for this role will be set based on the experience level of the candidate selected with some flexibility to consider a more entry-level team player who is a quick learner and eager to grow.
The business is family owned and operated and its important that the person handling office functions is a true team player who is willing to step in and help wherever needed to support daily operations and the overall customer experience.
Job Duties:
- Providing administrative and office support in a professional showroom environment
- Assisting customers in person by phone and via email as needed
- Supporting day-to-day office operations and special projects
- Using computer systems to manage information documents and communications
- Working closely with team members to ensure smooth office flow
