Your mission
- Day-to-day office administration and coordination liaising with building managing agents and service providers. Managing office supplies; placing orders as needed.
- You assist the project teams with administrative tasks such as filing and maintaining the electronic or paper-based Trial Master File (TMF/eTMF) management systems shipping organisation travel planning and document creation.
- You support the project management team in the planning organisation and implementation of national and international clinical trials in phases I to IV.
- You participate in conference calls and meetings in an international environment and prepare minutes of meetings.
- You work part-time with a structured and predictable schedule (3 days per week).
- You act as a central point of contact for the Guildford office.
Your profile
- You have previous experience in office administration; experience in clinical research or regulated environments is an advantage but not essential.
- You speak excellent English and are confident in using common MS Office programs.
- You work in a structured and reliable manner and are a team player communicative and enjoy organising and creating results reports.
