An experienced Residential Property Manager required on a maternity cover basis to manage a residential lettings portfolio ensuring compliance effective problem resolution and high standards of service for landlords and tenants.

A respected independent estate agency is seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to cover maternity leave within their Henley office.

The role involves managing a substantial residential portfolio and may lead to a permanent position.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

Managing a residential lettings portfolio during maternity cover
Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
Ensuring properties are managed in line with current lettings legislation
Coordinating maintenance issues and resolving problems efficiently
Organising and prioritising a busy workload
Maintaining accurate property and compliance records
Delivering a consistently high level of customer service

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

Previous experience in Residential Property Management
Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and procedures
Understanding of Section 8 notices
Proven customer service skills
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Professional and confident telephone manner
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Local area knowledge
Willingness to work towards a professional qualification
Full UK driving licence
