As a Senior Account Executive you will operate within a virtual team-based selling environment and act as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for Minitab across your assigned enterprise accounts and territory. Based in France you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers with potential coverage across Spain.
You will own the full customer lifecycle driving new business acquisition account expansion and renewals across software subscriptions licenses and professional services. This includes identifying and qualifying opportunities developing and executing account and opportunity plans and generating revenue through new logo acquisition cross-sell upsell consulting and training engagements.
You will build and maintain trusted long-term customer relationships with success measured through customer satisfaction Net Promoter Score (NPS) referenceability and growth in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
This role involves regular travel within the region with an expectation of 5070% for on-site meetings with customers prospects and partners.

A consistent high performer with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Demonstrated experience in value-based selling of complex software solutions to large enterprise customers (typically 1B revenue organisations) across 69 month sales cycles
Strong territory time-management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams
Fluency in French and English is essential; Spanish language skills are highly desirable
